Autumn marks one of the most essential moments in our biodynamic viticulture: the preparation and burial of biodynamic preparations that nourish the soil.
This November, we buried underground the result of many weeks of work, hoping to recover it in spring as preparations full of life and energy. We accompany a silent process that connects soil, energy, and natural cycles. It is a ritual that cannot be seen but can be felt in every glass, helping us connect with the natural rhythm of biodynamic farming.
At Loxarel, we are part of Terra Dinàmica, the biodynamic agriculture association of Catalonia. Those of us involved practice a way of working the land that allows us to participate consciously, reconnecting with the intuition of our ancestors who, for centuries, have cultivated this land.
