Xarel·lo and Chardonnay

Elaboration

Organic and biodynamic viticulture. Traditional method. Made from grapes sourced from old Xarel·lo vines over 70 years old, located at the Santa Susagna estate within the Garraf Natural Reserve. The base wine is produced in the same winery, with partial fermentation of the Xarel·lo in 500-liter barrels. Aged in the dim light of the cellar for a minimum of 32 months. Disgorged on demand to ensure it reaches our customers in the best possible condition.

Tasting note

View: Pale yellow color, with a clean and elegant appearance.
Nose: Dried fruits with a very subtle hint of toast.
Mouth: Very delicate and exceptionally refined on the palate. Clean taste with good acidity.

Perfect for pairing with hearty dishes, game meat, and stewed meat. It generally pairs well with all types of Mediterranean cuisine.
