Organic and biodynamic viticulture Ecologically cultivated vineyards located in the highest part of Alt Penedès, at 700 meters above sea level. These vineyards produce well-structured wines with good alcohol content. Aged for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels.

Tasting note

View: Cherry color with a medium-high layer and slight tile tones on the rim due to aging.
Nose: First, notes of licorice and roasting (coffee and cocoa) emerge. Then, violet perfume appears alongside a distinctive cherry aroma. Intense aromas derived from the variety, with hints of spices, Mediterranean herbs, and balsamic notes.
Mouth: The fruit from the tannins blends harmoniously with the acidity, while the alcohol rounds out the whole. The French oak adds elegance. The finish is long, with notes of fruit and spices. This wine will improve in the bottle over the first few years of its life.

Ideal for pairing with all types of meat, especially grilled meats with aromatic seasoning, duck magret, and aged cheeses.
