Xarel·lo Vermell is a grape that was once on the verge of extinction in Catalonia, and thanks to the commitment and perseverance of growers and wineries like ours, it has regained its prominence. As Jaume Nin, grower and head of the harvest team at Loxarel, explains, this year the Xarel·lo Vermell displays exceptional quality and health, with perfect winemaking parameters. The 2025 harvest, therefore, promises outstanding sparkling wines and still wines alike.
