The release of this new sparkling wine reflects the winery’s commitment to uncovering the virtues of the country’s classic and indigenous varieties to craft unique and surprising sparkling wines. The vineyards are located at high altitudes, 700 meters above sea level.

Tasting note

View: Pale yellow, clean, and transparent. The bubbles are fine and small.

Nose: Surprising aromas of white fruit.

Mouth: It has a very fresh entry, with good acidity that stimulates the salivary glands, and a clean, elegant finish.

Pairing

Perfect for an appetizer due to its fresh and light character. Its salinity also makes it pair beautifully with oysters, seafood, anchovies, and Iberian ham. It also works well with hot starters and rice dishes. It can be combined and served throughout the entire meal.
