Elaboration

Organic and biodynamic viticulture. <em>Mètode tradicional. </em>Made only with the best grapes from our vineyards, and one of the jewels of our cellar. Bottled in January, aged in the dim light of the cellars for between 48 and 60 months, and disgorged upon order to ensure it reaches the customer in the best conditions. Artisan hands will give it all the love and care to dress the bottles, one by one, creating its seal of distinction.

Tasting note

View: Pale straw color, with an elegant appearance. A rosary of fine bubbles rising to the surface, perfectly aligned.
Nose: Its long aging and the autolysis process of the yeasts give it aromas of pastry and brioche. A salty aftertaste.
Mouth: Regal and mature, yet maintaining a pleasant acidity that makes it very persistent.
