Muscat of Alexandria, Muscat of Frontignan, and Xarel·lo.

Elaboration

Organic and biodynamic viticulture. Sourced from our own vineyards located in the Alt Penedès at an altitude of 500m above sea level. The Xarel·lo comes from our estate in Vilobí del Penedès, within the renowned Xarel·lo Triangle. Maceration with the grape skins for 6 hours, with carbonic snow, to preserve its primary aromas and prevent oxidation.

Tasting note

View: Brilliant pale color with greenish tones.
Nose: Fragrant. Hints of white flowers, almond blossom, vineyard peach, and honeysuckle.
Mouth: Fruity yet dry, balanced and fresh, with a honeyed touch. Fine and elegant.

6° a 8° C

Pairing

Ideal for pairing with appetizers, foie gras, oysters, shrimp cocktails, fish, and rice dishes. In general, it pairs very well with all Mediterranean cuisine.
