Elaboration

Organic and biodynamic viticulture. Traditional method. Disgorged after a minimum of 15 months of aging in the cellar. Xarel·lo and Macabeo from the vineyards of the Can Mayol estate, located at 250 meters above sea level, and Parellada from the vineyards of Pla de Manlleu.

Tasting note

View: Bright yellow with subtle golden reflections. Very fine bubbles forming an elegant string and a persistent crown.
Nose: Its freshness stands out; it is fruity, with clear notes of water pear, apple, and citrus. Pleasant hints of dried flowers and toasted bread.
Mouth: Fresh and light, with good acidity. Salinity and a hint of the sea, well-integrated with a strong aromatic expression. It stands out for its floral and fruity character while also being dry and wild. Dry and elegant finish.

Pairing

With its friendly and casual character, it pairs well with both appetizers and full meals. Especially suited for rice dishes, white fish, oysters, and, in general, Mediterranean cuisine.
