Black Grenache and Merlot

Elaboration

Organic and biodynamic viticulture. <span class=”S1PPyQ”>Fermentation and aging for 6 months in 1,000-liter clay amphorae. The goal is to find the expression of the varieties, intensity, terroir, and authenticity. Garnatxa and Merlot vineyards from high altitudes, over 700 meters above sea level, in the village of Selma.</span>

Tasting note

View: Dark red color, mature cherry, with a very intense layer.
Nose: The first impression is the expression of the varieties. After swirling it in the glass, a symphony of black fruit and dried fruits such as hazelnut and almond emerge.
Mouth: Freshness and intensity. The tannins are present but smooth, with a clear dominance of fruit.

Red and white meats without heavy sauces. Poultry with any type of cooking, especially partridge, and mountain rice dishes.
