Natural wines are made with great care in the vineyard and follow the principles of minimal intervention in the winery. Contains no added sulfites.

100% xarel·lo

Elaboration

Organic and biodynamic viticulture. Xarel·lo from the Can Mayol estate, located at 250m altitude. Hand-harvested in crates, selecting the healthiest grapes and handling them with great care. Fermentation and subsequent aging in clay amphorae with whole grapes to take advantage of the antioxidant qualities of the tannins in the fruit skins. Wild yeasts. No added sulfur. It has not undergone any clarification or filtration treatments.

Tasting note

View: Golden yellow color; occasionally cloudy (it is unfiltered).
Nose: Hints of honeycomb, honey, and aromas of wild herbs, especially thyme.
Mouth: Very fresh entry, good acidity, concentrated, complex, full-bodied, and powerful.

4º a 6ºC

Pairing

Due to its structure and complexity, it invites you to enjoy it on its own. Ideal for sharing with wine enthusiasts and curious individuals. Recommended to pair with Japanese cuisine dishes (sushi).
