Organic and biodynamic viticulture
Produced from grapes grown in our own vineyards in the Alt Penedès, at 500 meters above sea level. The Xarello comes from the Can Mayol estate in Vilobí del Penedès, within the renowned Xarello Triangle. Macerated with the grape skins for six hours under carbonic snow to preserve the primary aromas and prevent oxidation.
