We are pioneers in recovering the use of clay amphora to ferment our still and sparkling wines, the same way our ancestors did a thousand years ago. By using this noble container we obtain more authentic, fresh, creamy and mineral wines, conveying a better taste of the fruit and the soil that has seen them born.

Tastings and visits in a special setting
Located on the Can Mayol estate, the winery preserves the old air-raid shelter that the Republicans built beneath the Vilobí del Penedès aerodrome during the Spanish Civil War. This shelter became the foundation of the current Loxarel cava and is one of the most emblematic spaces of the estate, where the most prized sparkling wines rest.
