Elaboration

Organic and biodynamic viticulture. <em>Traditional method<em>. Second fermentation in the bottle. Minimum aging of 15 months. The base wine is made in the same cellar with the estate’s own grapes to give each of our sparkling wines the desired personality. It contains no dosage or added sulfur after disgorging. The disgorging is done upon order to ensure it reaches the customer in the best condition.

Tasting note

View: Fine bubbles.
Nose: Clean and fruity aromas.
Mouth: Very balanced, light yet flavorful. Good acidity.
