The first phase, maually; the second, with the flock of sheep and goats of friend and neighbor Salvador Queralt\u00f3, a well of wisdom. The flock follows the rows of  <\/span>vines<span class=\"style-scope yt-formatted-string\" dir=\"auto\"> and eats both the grass of the plant cover and the remaining vines above the grapes, which are not eaten because they are still green and too astringent.
