<strong>Organic and biodynamic viticulture <strong> Fermentation in 1,000-liter clay amphorae, followed by a resting period in the same amphorae for 5 months. Wild yeasts from the vineyard itself. The amphora is a noble and porous vessel that allows the wine to breathe while maintaining a cool and constant temperature through its natural transpiration effect. This process preserves the primary aromas of Xarel·lo and reflects the meticulous work in the vineyard.

Nose: Herbaceous with hints of ripe white fruit.
Mouth: Unctuous, creamy, with good volume on the palate. Mineral, fresh, elegant, and highly varietal.
